What Our Clients Say About Us

Francis is great to work with and I highly recommend him! Over the past few months, my dog and I have been working with Francis and seen drastic improvements. I am a first time dog owner and my dog started to become very distracted and disruptive to our group obedience classes at ODTC. I started supplementing our group classes with Francis. Francis did a great job of evaluating my dog's personality and providing me with modifications on how to work better with my dog and strengthen our bond. We saw improvements after the first and second lessons and it only got better from there! He did a great job of starting with small tweaks so that we consistently saw progress, building my dog and my confidence throughout the training as we tackled more difficult skills. Our work included more formal training modifications (heeling, focusing on me instead of other dogs, loose leash walking, etc) so that we could get my dog through an obedience class, but we also worked off leash, recall and socialization. Francis is great at reading dogs and helped me appropriately identify dogs with personalities that would lead to positive social interactions with my dog. He also explained to me how to read certain dog mannerisms. All of this not only helped my dog but also provided me with more confidence and lowered anxiety towards socializing my dog. I love that Francis is very thoughtful in his training methods. I cannot say enough good things. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Highly recommend! Francis is FANTASTIC. I appreciate the fact that he takes a holistic approach to your dog (background, personality type, current issues etc.) His recommendations for training and behavior modification are tailored to fit each dog specifically. I came to see Francis for some behavioral issues with my 1 year old Jack Russell Terrier named Mia. After she turned 1 year, she became aggressive towards other dogs in certain circumstances and towards particular "types" of dogs. She also became leash reactive (snarling, lunging, the whole deal) during walks when another dog would walk by. I could tell she really wanted to say "Hello!" but it was coming across very aggressive. It was embarrassing to say the least. Being a first time dog owner, I felt overwhelmed and cried a lot because I didn't know how to fix it. Then came Francis! He offers so much insight into your dogs behavior. I learned that not all personality types are good play mates for Mia and that I should pick her friends for her. I also use his advice for our walks and have noticed an improvement over the last couple of months. I am so grateful to have Francis in my corner. I will definitely schedule another training session in the future.

Hi! I would use Kylie 100 times over, she is wonderful. We were very satisfied, he was crate, leash, and command trained when he came back. Our puppy Griffin went to her for board and train as a puppy and then we sent him again at a year because he was being overly protective (territorial) over our youngest daughter and she easily corrected the behavior, and reinforced/enhanced everything she taught him as a puppy. We now board with her and trust nobody else with Griffin. She is so incredibly calm, thorough, and her follow through and training of YOU, as owners is wonderful. Cannot say enough good things. We gasped at the price too, its a lot after purchasing a puppy and everything that goes along with that. Well worth every penny! Highly recommend!
